This 4460 sq. ft. professionally designed and decorated home has everything you can imagine including 4 bikes, golf car, and access to the private WaterSound Beach Club (fees apply). The WaterSound Beach community is nestled along the south side of 30-A (beach side) and the entire community is gulf-front with multiple boardwalks leading to one mile of sugar white sand and pristine dunes.
 

Ground Floor: Entry foyer features a seat and bench with hooks. The elevator (included in rent) services the first and second floors. The master king bedroom has a beautiful king bed, leather sofa, floor lamp, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps, armoire with large 56” TV and DVD. Private master bath features an elegant double sink, jetted tub, two dressing areas, large walk-in shower with 2 spray heads and large closet. French doors lead from the master to the front porch which faces one of the community’s pedestrian boardwalks. This porch has about 8 adirondack chairs and a swinging bed – perfect for relaxing in the shade. Two separate kids bedrooms are on this floor. Each has a bunk bed with 2 twins and a double bed, 42” wall-mount TV, closets and private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room with GE front loader washer and dryer. Powder room.
 

Second Floor: Spectacular great room and kitchen area. The dining area features a 12-person dining table plus there are 5 built-in stools at the kitchen island bar. The living area has an large sectional leather couch with lounging section, 2 lamps, wood-burning fireplace, built-in desk, wireless internet, whole house Audio System, an integrated lighting system, huge 56” TV and DVD. Kitchen has huge granite island with prep sink, farm style copper sink, double ovens, Wolf stove top with built-in griddle, icemaker, frig, microwave, 2 dishwashers, warming drawer and a pantry for food storage. French doors lead to the second story balcony which is outfitted with unique wood dining table and two seating area with ample teak cushioned furniture. Powder room. Second king master suite with 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, 52” TV and private bath with his/hers vanity sinks, walk-in shower and 2 closets. Carriage house has the third King master suite and includes 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, desk, TV and private bath with vanity sink and shower.

A Little Overboard is a brand new luxury 5 bedroom / 5.5 + .5 bath home which sleeps up to 14 people and is located steps away from the pristine sands of WaterSound Beach. This 4460 sq. ft. professionally designed and decorated home has everything you can imagine including 4 bikes, golf car, and access to the private WaterSound Beach Club (fees apply). The WaterSound Beach community is nestled along the south side of 30-A (beach side) and the entire community is gulf-front with multiple boardwalks leading to one mile of sugar white sand and pristine dunes.

Ground Floor: Entry foyer features a seat and bench with hooks. The elevator (included in rent) services the first and second floors. The master king bedroom has a beautiful king bed, leather sofa, floor lamp, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps, armoire with large 56” TV and DVD. Private master bath features an elegant double sink, jetted tub, two dressing areas, large walk-in shower with 2 spray heads and large closet. French doors lead from the master to the front porch which faces one of the community’s pedestrian boardwalks. This porch has about 8 adirondack chairs and a swinging bed – perfect for relaxing in the shade. Two separate kids bedrooms are on this floor. Each has a bunk bed with 2 twins and a double bed, 42” wall-mount TV, closets and private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room with GE front loader washer and dryer. Powder room.

Second Floor: Spectacular great room and kitchen area. The dining area features a 12-person dining table plus there are 5 built-in stools at the kitchen island bar. The living area has an large sectional leather couch with lounging section, 2 lamps, wood-burning fireplace, built-in desk, wireless internet, whole house Audio System, an integrated lighting system, huge 56” TV and DVD. Kitchen has huge granite island with prep sink, farm style copper sink, double ovens, Wolf stove top with built-in griddle, icemaker, frig, microwave, 2 dishwashers, warming drawer and a pantry for food storage. French doors lead to the second story balcony which is outfitted with unique wood dining table and two seating area with ample teak cushioned furniture. Powder room. Second king master suite with 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, 52” TV and private bath with his/hers vanity sinks, walk-in shower and 2 closets. Carriage house has the third King master suite and includes 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, desk, TV and private bath with vanity sink and shower.

Tower: Follow the stairs up to the watch tower with an outdoor balcony offering 2 tall bar stools and stunning panoramic Gulf views.

Outdoors: Relax by the 11 x 7 ten-person spa/splash pool. Private patio with wood burning fireplace and comfortable outdoor seating. Built-in gas BBQ grill and mini frig. Complimentary use of golf cart which can be used to get to the beach or beach club. Two-car garage and additional driveway parking for 2 or 3 cars. Four beach bikes (2 adult/2 child) are also included.

WaterSound Private Beach Club Amenities: For an additional fee, we can offer access to the beach club which offers tennis courts, free beach chair/umbrella service in front of the club, 7,000 sq ft free-form pool, lockers and showers, a restaurant and beach access.

WaterSound Amenities: Puttering Park (18 hole putt-putt course), 4 community pools, Bike and Kayak Rentals, WaterSound Beach Café, walking paths and boardwalks throughout community, fitness center (fees applicable), and Camp Creek Lake – one of the world’s few natural occurring coastal dune lakes.
